Orders placed by midday GMT are normally processed
and shipped within same day (excludes weekends and holidays).
SHIPPING METHODS
We use Royal Mail, Interlink Express, DPD and UPS to
ship our orders. Pallet orders can be arranged. All shipments over £50 or more
than 5 items are trackable and insured. If your order is not delivered as
promised, we can issue a replacement or refund to you as long as we are
informed within 14 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY
tForce Lighting Ltd make every attempt to process
orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is paid for and enters our system,
it cannot be cancelled or modified. Standard Distance Trading Returns and
Exchanges Policy applies to all orders.
Force Majeure
No liability will be accepted by tForce Lighting Ltd for any failure or
delay in performance which is wholly or partially due to an Act of God, War,
Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by Government or other
competent authority, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failure in supplies or to any cause
whatsoever beyond our control.
Sales from this web site to individuals (not businesses) are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (UK Law Directive 97/7/EC), which protect you by providing a 7 working day cooling off period after the product has been delivered. We increase this period to 14 days (including weekends) on a voluntary basis and offer this returns period to businesses and individuals alike. The 14 day return period starts the day after delivery.
It is only when we have dispatched the goods to you that we have a binding contract. We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered and refund any payment made.
Should you wish to cancel an order you have the right to receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation. Refunds will be made to the card used to pay for the goods. Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of the goods being returned safely.
The goods/packaging must be unmarked and free from blemishes and returned in a saleable condition.
Products that have been specially ordered, adapted or customised for you cannot be returned.
Any accompanying products ordered specifically for use with the product must be returned at the same time.
We strive to supply goods in excellent condition. We will repair or replace (for free) any item found defective or damaged before delivery.
If you do wish to cancel or return an order you must contact us in writing and obtain a Returns Authorisation code. Please supply the following information when contact us:
- Your full contact details
- Details of the product(s) that you wish to return
- The reason for return
- Our receipt number
- Delivery note number
If you return an item without this code clearly marked on the packaging we cannot replace it or refund any money. Please pack the relevant items securely, write your personalised return authorisation code on the outside of the parcel and send it to us so that we receive it within 14 days after the day you received the item.
After 14 days, commencing the day after you received the goods we are unable to accept returns.
The Customer will be responsible for the safe return of the goods. Goods must be returned as new or in the same condition that they were received. There should be no damage, all parts, items should be returned, all packaging must be included and the packaging must not be defaced in any manner otherwise a 25% refund fee may apply.
We do not refund carriage charges applied to the initial order, neither do we pay for the cost of returning the items to us, unless faulty or incorrectly picked goods were supplied. Please do not sign or accept any goods until unpacked and checked in full. Only sign if you are satisfied with the condition of your purchase. Items which have been signed for are deemed to be in good condition.
We cannot accept return of products which are damaged after delivery.
